Unfortunately not - the cottage food license that I carry does not allow me to ship cookies at this time. Local pickup only.

In very special circumstances, local delivery in the Fort Collins/Windsor area may be possible, but this is by special arrangement only. Typically I require local pickup - with cookies, a full-time job and three kiddos, there isn’t much leftover time in the day for making deliveries!

I will send you an invoice approximately 72 hours before your pickup date, and you can pay online with credit card or ACH payment. You’re also welcome to bring cash or check when you pick up.

My home-based cookie operation is on the south side of Fort Collins in Eagle Ranch Estates. The actual pick up address will be provided on your invoice!

I am currently booking up anywhere from 3-6 weeks in advance. I always recommend placing an order the minute you know you want cookies for your event - even if the theme or other details are not set in stone yet. We can fine tune as we go, but it will save your spot!

It never hurts to ask! Depending on my shedule, I will do whatever I can to accommodate rush orders. However, please know that the cookie process itself takes 2-3 days from start to finish - so if it’s quicker than that I can’t help you. Also know that there may be an extra charge for rush orders.

Unfortunately, I do not offer these options at this time. I am working on a gluten-free option, so please check back if this is something you’re interested in!

I recommend picking up your cookies the day of your event if possible, to ensure maximum freshness. If individually wrapped or stored in an airtight container, your cookies will last a week or two - after that, they are still edible but will develop a much harder bite. If you need more time, freeze them! This recipe and all of my decorations freeze beautifully - just place in the freezer in a Ziploc bag or airtight container. When you’re ready to eat, let thaw and come to room temp IN the airtight container, and then open and enjoy!
